Hydro 8Sixty is a Hip Hop, creator MC/rapper from Hartford CT. 1st gaining attention locally then internationally for his ability to literally capture the moment with improvised freestyle raps while breaking MCs down. He would go on a run through BET's Networks weekly Hip Hop Series, 106 & Parks Freestyle Friday, a Rap Battle segment! A Student and teacher of the Rap Art form, Hydro teaches youth how to find their voice and use their words. Hosting and curating shows in collaboration with other artists and community organizations is one of the ways Hydro keeps the cypher going.
